By interacting with tableverse's platform and reserving experiences at our venue, guests agree to abide by the following terms and terms of engagement.
These terms are written in plain language because the culture of tableverse depends on clarity, not legalism. If any part is unclear, please write to us directly.
1. Reservations & Confirmations
Booking requests placed online represent inquiries until explicitly confirmed by tableverse concierge via direct communication.
A reservation is considered confirmed only when you have received written confirmation from our concierge team by email. Until that point, no table, seat, or experience is guaranteed. We recommend allowing up to forty-eight hours for confirmation during peak periods.
For private events and full-venue takeovers, a separate agreement outlining deposit terms, capacity limits, and specific conditions will be provided before confirmation.
2. Cancellations & Changes
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for table and event cancellations to allow for waitlist accommodation.
- Standard tables: Cancel up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee for private events.
- No-show: Repeated no-shows may affect future booking priority.
- Party size changes: Please notify us of any changes to guest count at least 24 hours in advance.
If tableverse must cancel a confirmed reservation for reasons within our control, we will notify you immediately and offer priority re-booking or a full refund of any deposit.
3. Venue Conduct
tableverse maintains an artistic and respectful environment for all guests. We reserve the right to decline service to ensure guest harmony.
The following behaviors are not permitted within the venue:
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of guests, staff, or performers.
- Deliberate damage to venue property, artwork, or furnishings.
- Photography at the table during service, except with explicit staff approval.
- Unauthorized professional recording or commercial photography.
- Bringing outside food or beverages without prior arrangement.
Violation of these conduct standards may result in removal from the venue without refund and, in serious cases, a permanent ban from future events.
4. Menu & Dietary Notes
tableverse does not operate a fixed menu. The chef composes each evening's progression based on what the market offers that morning. Menus shared online represent examples, not guarantees, and may differ on the evening of your visit.
We accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences at least 72 hours before your reservation so the kitchen can prepare alternatives.
While we take allergen concerns seriously, our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should contact us directly before booking.
5. Photography & Recording
We ask guests to keep phones away from the table during service. The evening is meant to be remembered, not documented. Photography is permitted only in designated areas and never of other guests without their consent.
Any photography or video content captured at tableverse — whether by guests, staff, or professional partners — may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tableverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your visit, participation in an event, or reliance on information published on this platform.
This limitation applies to all claims regardless of legal theory, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability. Where applicable law does not allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
7. Intellectual Property
All editorial content, visual designs, logos, menu compositions, event concepts, and original photography published under tableverse are protected under international copyright law.
Short excerpts may be quoted for review, commentary, or editorial citation with attribution and a link back to the original page. Full reproductions, reprints, or commercial reuse of any material require prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tableverse is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any additional protections provided by local consumer law.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage guests to contact us directly to resolve any concerns through informal discussion. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage guests to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
